The return of the brass finish

Brass is one of the trendiest materials of recent years. Satin or polished, it recalls gold but compared to gold it is more discreet, precisely for this reason it has been chosen by many furnishing companies.

Created in 1977 by Vico Magistretti with the aim of revolutionizing the concept of the table lamp, Atollo won the Compasso D’oro of 1979 and over the years has become the archetype of the table lamp. Composed of a cylinder, a cone and a hemisphere that houses two light sources, it has recently been revived in the brass version.

Designed by Nika Zupanc, the Love Chair carries a strong emotional charge and, as the designer likes to define it, “is a sumptuous tribute to love”. Made of brass, this seat attracts the eyes of guests with a hint of irony.

The result of a sculptural work made on metal modelled thanks to new technologies, the vase of Steininger’s Fold line is as contemporary as few others. Thanks to the brass-coloured finish, it is softened while maintaining the geometric design that characterizes it.
